I have used Okes Jewelers several times to order settings for rings, ear rings, and necklaces for my three daughters. The staff is very helpful and takes the time to find the right setting for your stone. I had a ring that was given to me years ago by my mother that I wanted to give to my daughter and I needed it cleaned, resized, and a new stone added. I had a price from a national jewelry chain that was almost 4 times the price that I paid at Oakes. They did a wonderful job. The necklace and setting that I ordered for a graduation gift turned out beautifully.

Oaks Jewelers is amazing and always have been amazing! They are the only ones I trust to leave my jewelry for repair, I know I’ll get the same diamond back that I took to them…

Wonderful staff Tracy and the crew are great! My wedding set, diamond necklace and custom made by Mark elk tooth ring all done by Okes. We won't go anywhere else! Super happy with everything!

This is one of the most stand up businesses I have dealt with in a long time. They stand behind all their product and customer comes first, which is very rare and the staff is very professional would recommend to anybody.

Took my husbands wedding band into a jeweler here in Douglas to be resized, it was the most horrible work I’d ever seen. I figured it was a lost cause, but Oakes was able to restore it to its former glory. The previous job was so bad, she had to cut that part out of the band completely and start over. I wish I’d have taken pictures. Oakes will be the only Jeweler I go to now.

They are hands down the best in town! I had 2 very exceptional situations with my jewelry: One was with my 20 yr old wedding ring & the other was a 47 yr old custom jewelry piece I inherited from my Grandmother. They went above and beyond in both situations putting my distress at ease and finding out of the box solutions.

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Okes 10 years ago. We purchased 1 wedding band before our wedding in 2010. Fantastic service and quality throughout those purchases. Also, amazing quality! Fast forward a few years, we move our family 800 miles away. For our 10 year anniversary, my husband purchased a matching band for the other side of my ring. I ship my ring to Tracy and her girls and they solder my new band on to the other side of my ring - This also included re-engraving my two original rings! My ring is now home with me and it looks like brand new! So shiny and beautiful! Tracy was fantastic throughout the shipping process, calling when it arrived at their store as well as when it was shipped out. I cannot say enough good things about Okes! Although we live 800 miles away, we will continue to purchase from Okes and trust them for repairs and more!

I can't tell all of the small instances of Okes Jewelers going above and beyond, but after recently going in about a sharp edge on the seam of a ring, I was bragging about how every time I go in, Okes is so kind and helpful. Whether it was ordering our wedding rings, replacing batteries on watches, resizing rings, polishing rings, or asking obscure jewelry repair questions, every person I've worked with has been kind, courteous, patient, and helpful. Their work is timely and high quality, and every time I go in it just reasserts why they've got a lifelong customer in me!
